Digital Product Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
The Board Recruitment Starter Kit is a digital product delivered electronically immediately after payment. Because customers receive access to downloadable and editable materials at the time of purchase, all sales are generally final and nonrefundable.
Please review the product description, included file formats and technology requirements before purchasing.
We will provide assistance or consider a refund when:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

You received the wrong product or an incomplete file.

The download is damaged, inaccessible or does not open, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Before requesting a refund because of a technical problem, please contact us so we can resend the download link or provide a replacement file.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven calendar days of purchase and should include:

A brief explanation of the problem

A change of mind, failure to use the materials, lack of compatible software or a mistaken assumption about what the product includes generally does not qualify for a refund when the product was accurately described and delivered.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times are determined by Wix and the purchaser's payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
