In this new and exciting board work, I along with my partner consultant, Dr. Renee Rubin Ross, (The Ross Collective) work with boards as we collaboratively discover an equitable path forward. As a cross racial team, we've found that different group members respond more to one or another of us. It's time to gain momentum and take action to benefit your nonprofit. Training #1 - Disrupting bias in board work Training #2 - Using race stories to unpack privelege and garner a deeper understanding of our diverse fellow board members Training # 3 - A two to four hour retreat to create a plan for long-term inclusive policies and practices that are sustainable This program includes readings, videos, role plays and small group work.
