Service Description

Engaging board members right from the start is the ideal way to build a collaborative partnership with the CEO/Executive Director. This means each member is trained on policy making as well as fundraising. With this service, The Board Pro will work with each member to review bylaws and the organization's budget, understand the strategic and fundraising plans and buddy up with a seasoned board member to learn the board's culture. New member orientation will remind the ED and other board members that board service is empowering, forward-thinking and a serious commitment to help organizatons be successful.
