With this service, The Board Pro will customize a 2-6 hour training for board meetings and retreats to help your board to understand the relationship between nonprofits and boards, embrace best practices in board development and governance (which includes recruiting, vetting, orienting, and mentoring new board members, creating a rewarding board culture, navigating the board-executive relationship, and ethics and fiduciary responsibilities), and learn how to be effective ambassadors, connectors and fundraisers for your organizaton.
